Refund policy

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our perfumes, clothing, and jewellery. Each piece is prepared and packaged with attention to detail to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to make it right within the guidelines below.


1. Return Eligibility

To ensure fairness and product integrity, returns are accepted only for eligible items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and sealed where applicable.

  • Your return request must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must accompany your return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and preservation standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perfumes or oils that have been opened, used, or have broken seals.

  • Custom or handcrafted jewellery and made-to-order pieces.

  • Items not in their original condition.

  • Products labeled as final sale.


3. How to Request a Return

Include your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and photos if applicable.

Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions regarding the return shipping.

Please ensure the product is securely packaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Note: All products are subject to availability. Sultan Perfumes, Clothing and Jewellery reserves the right to discontinue or modify any item at any time.


4. Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of your refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the issue resulted from our error (e.g., a defective or incorrect item).


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for items that arrive defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same product, please contact us at sultanpcj@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph of the item received.


6. Damaged or Defective Orders

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately.
